Job Description

Positions and Accountabilities:

• Taking the lead and inspiring the group to meet the set goals and objectives of the organisation.

• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding new projects, businesses, procedures, and system needs.

• Provide monthly updates and dashboards to management and partners on the state of affairs and advise management on growth plans.

• Oversee the branch and back office operations teams to maintain seamless business as usual.

• Create an operations model that is aggressive, cost-effective, lean, and customer-focused.

• Attend to walk-in clients and ascertain their requirements

• Handle product and service sales, upselling, and cross-selling.

• Strategically plan, create, and implement operations with operational excellence

• By actively participating in corporate strategic planning, sales strategy formulation, forecasting, and sales, the organization’s sales objectives are in line with firm business strategy.

 

Candidates Requirements:

– Graduation is mandatory

– Minimum 2 tears of experience in sales or marketing

– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
