Job Description
As a Unit Sales Manager in our life insurance company’s agency channel, your role involves leading and developing a team of insurance agents to drive sales and meet targets through effective leadership, training, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and inspire a team of insurance agents within the agency channel.
- Establish and achieve sales goals for the team.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the customer base and meet company objectives.
- Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to agents to improve their skills and productivity.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong leadership and motivational abilities with a proven record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and competitive environment.
- Must be Local.
