Job Description
Lead recruitment efforts and foster the development of insurance agents within our life insurance agency channel. Drive growth by attracting talent, providing training, and supporting agents to achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit and onboard skilled insurance agents through strategic recruitment initiatives.
- Implement training programs and provide ongoing support to enhance agent performance.
- Set and monitor development goals to ensure agents meet business targets.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize agent integration and support.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to improve processes and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
- Strong knowledge of insurance products and sales processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Must be Local.
