Roles and Responsibilities :
• Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media platforms.
• Understand client needs and requirements, and effectively present our digital marketing solutions to meet their business objectives.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and benefits of our services.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and support.
• Handle Inbound Calls to address the customer’s queries regarding the Product Portfolio.
• Follow up with the customers to expedite their Orders.
• Coordinate with Plants/ Logistics for timely shipment to the Customer/ respective Country.
• Ensuring Customer`s Delight and stay connected with Customer throughout – Order. to Delivery Stage.
• Preparation sharing timely updates/ of MIS on Demand Generation/ Sales Orders.
• Establish and maintain daily communication with overseas customers, proactively understanding their needs and offering immediate solutions to any issues or situations that may arise.
• Manage pre and post-export documentation processes efficiently. Handle inbound calls, addressing customer queries regarding the product portfolio with professionalism and accuracy.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
