Job Description

We are seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth in the Agency Channel of the life insurance sector. This role involves prospecting, selling life insurance products, building client relationships, executing sales strategies, ensuring compliance, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:

Generate leads and prospects by networking and cold calling.
Present and sell life insurance policies to potential clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies.
Prepare and maintain detailed sales records and reports.

Requirements:

Demonstrated success in life insurance sales.
Strong understanding of insurance products and regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Minimum of 1 to 2 years’ experience in sales and marketing.
