Job Description
Responsibilities :
· Recruiting, screening, and training new agents.
· Generate sales leads from various engagement initiatives within defined territory
· Provide intermediary services between insurance companies and clients.
· Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas by successfully implementing sales and marketing strategies and tactics
· Ensuring all staff exercise good time management.
Requirements:
· Previous experience in Any Field Sales/Insurance.
· Excellent interpersonal skills.
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
· Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
