Effectively lead and motivate field sales representatives.

Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, while maintaining client connections.
Monitor and assess sales team performance.
Ensure accurate and timely sales reporting.

Requirements:

Proven experience in managing field sales teams.
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Must be willing to travel within the region.
