Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Assistant Sales Manager to support our agency channel in achieving its sales objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the life insurance industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven ability to drive sales growth.
Responsibilities:
Sales Management: Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets.
Team Leadership: Provide guidance, coaching, and motivation to the sales team to enhance their performance.
Recruitment and Development: Identify, recruit, and train new sales agents to expand the agency force.
Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales agents, setting clear goals and providing regular feedback.
Agency Development: Strengthen relationships with existing agencies and explore opportunities for new partnerships.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company’s life insurance products and effectively communicate their benefits to agents and customers.
Requirements
Proven experience in the life insurance industry, preferably in an agency channel role.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
