We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Key Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong customer relationships within our direct channel. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional sales and customer service skills, a deep understanding of the life insurance industry, and a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong relationships with customers through regular contact and exceptional service.
Needs Assessment: Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to identify customer requirements and recommend suitable life insurance products.
Sales Achievement: Consistently achieve sales targets by effectively selling and cross-selling life insurance products.
Customer Retention: Implement strategies to retain existing customers and increase customer lifetime value.
Lead Generation: Identify and generate new sales opportunities through various channels.
Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s life insurance products and industry trends.
Compliance: Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements related to life insurance sales.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Proven track record in sales, preferably in the life insurance industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent customer service orientation.
