Position Overview: Senior Sales Officer
Job Responsibilities:
- Recruit and train a team of financial advisors, providing guidance and leadership to ensure their success.
- Ensure timely follow-up on leads generated, ensuring no missed opportunities.
- Conduct meetings with potential customers to explain the benefits of the financial products offered by the organization.
- Drive sales efforts to increase business revenue and achieve organizational goals.
Qualification Criteria:
- Graduation is a Must: Candidates must possess a graduation degree.
- Age Requirement: Candidates must be between 21 to 38 years old.
- Experience: Min. 2 years in sales and marketing (Pharma, FMCG, BFSI, Consumer Durable, DTH, Microfinance, Dealer, Broker, Education sales, B2B, B2C, Telecom, Loans, Product Marketing, Etc.,)
