Job Description
We’re seeking an Associate Recruitment & Development Manager to drive recruitment strategies and develop our agency force in the life insurance sector. You’ll lead efforts in sourcing, on-boarding, training, and supporting agents to ensure a strong and effective sales team.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Facilitate on-boarding and provide training on products and sales techniques.
Implement development programs to enhance agent skills and productivity.
Monitor performance and provide ongoing support and coaching.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
Experience in sales, preferably in insurance or financial services.
Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities effectively.
Must be local.
