Job Description
As a Field Sales Executive, you will be the frontline representative of our life insurance agency channel. Your primary responsibility is to drive sales growth by acquiring new customers, building strong customer relationships, and consistently achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Generation: Actively prospect for new clients through various channels, including referrals, cold calling, and networking. Effectively present and sell life insurance products to meet the diverse needs of customers.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Sales Target Achievement: Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets as set by the organization. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to optimize performance.
Market Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to maintain a competitive edge.
Compliance Adherence: Ensure all sales activities align with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
Proven track record in sales, preferably in the life insurance or financial services industry.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Results-oriented with a strong drive to succeed.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Possess a valid sales license or be willing to obtain one.
