Job Description

The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth within the direct channel of life insurance by leading and managing a team of inside sales representatives. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, coaching and developing the sales team, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for the direct channel. Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
Team Management: Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing inside sales team. Provide ongoing coaching and support to maximize individual and team performance.
Sales Process Optimization: Develop and implement efficient sales processes and systems to improve sales productivity.
Performance Management: Set clear performance expectations for the sales team. Monitor and evaluate performance against established goals.
Lead Management: Oversee lead generation and distribution to the sales team. Optimize lead conversion rates.
Customer Focus: Ensure the sales team delivers exceptional customer service and builds strong customer relationships.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirement

Proven track record in sales management within the life insurance industry.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
In-depth knowledge of the life insurance industry and products.
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
