Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Manage client relationships and guest communication for various events, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Develop and implement strategies to generate new leads and expand ABEC’s client base.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with existing clients, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and guests, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly and professionally.
• Develop and maintain detailed client profiles and event information.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution and guest satisfaction.
• Relationship Managers with prior experience working in a Private Bank/Wealth Management set up.
• Travel throughout India to attend meetings, visit potential clients, and oversee event logistics.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
