Job Description
Positions and Accountabilities:
• Oversee client relations and guest communications for a range of events, making sure that everything is accurate and efficient.
• Create and put into action plans to increase ABEC’s clientele and produce fresh leads.
• Create and preserve a good rapport with current clients by being aware of their needs and going above and beyond what they anticipate.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers and visitors, responding to questions and handling issues in a timely and courteous manner.
• Create and update thorough client profiles and event data.
• Work together with internal teams to guarantee a smooth event execution and happy attendees.
• Relationship managers with previous expertise managing wealth in a private bank environment.
• Tour India to supervise event logistics, attend meetings, and meet with prospective clients.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
