We are seeking a Senior Agency Development Manager to lead and enhance our agency channel. This role involves strategic planning, agent recruitment and training, performance management, and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute growth strategies for the agency channel.
• Monitor and improve agency performance.
• Design and deliver agent training programs.
• Recruit and onboard new agents.
• Maintain strong relationships with agency leaders.
• Ensure compliance with company and industry standards.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Must be local.
• Knowledge of life insurance products.
