Roles and Responsibilities:
• Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
• New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.
• Persistently pursue sales goals, overcoming challenges and adapting to market fluctuations.
• Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and follow-up communications with clients..
• Develop strategies to penetrate new market segments, analyzing customer profiles and needs.
• Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
• Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.
• Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.
• Working with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies.
• Answering client queries about product specifications and uses.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up t 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
