Position: Sales Manager

Roles and Responsibilities: 

• Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of a skilled team of insurance agents.
• Foster a culture that prioritizes exceptional customer service.
• Continuously monitor sales performance and analyze market trends.
• Perform in-depth analyses of competitors and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
• Proactively seek new clients through networking, prospecting, and participating in industry events to grow the client base.

Qualification Criteria: 

• A bachelor’s degree is required.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing.
• Age range: 22 to 37 years.
• Must have been a resident for a minimum of 3 to 5 years.
