Positions and Accountabilities:
• Achieve or surpass sales goals in the designated district.
• Create and put into action successful sales techniques to break into the educational sector.
• Find and seize fresh business prospects with universities, colleges, and other learning establishments.
• Establish and preserve a solid rapport with influential decision-makers at academic institutions.
• Recognise the particular demands and specifications of every school setting and offer solutions that are suited to them.
• Assure a high degree of client retention and satisfaction.
• Lead educator training sessions and product demonstrations.
• Write up reports on a regular basis regarding sales activity, successes, and difficulties.
• Examine sales data to pinpoint areas that need improvement and modify plans of action accordingly.
• Implement products and clearly convey their advantages.
• Maintain client pleasure, which will boost revenue and client retention.
• Gather input on current products and competition research.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
