Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Achieve or surpass the designated district’s sales goals.

• Create and execute winning sales techniques to break into the schooling sector.

• Find new business prospects with colleges, universities, and other educational establishments, and pursue them.

• Create and preserve a solid rapport with influential figures in educational establishments.

• Recognise the particular requirements and demands of every school setting and offer solutions that meet those needs.

• Make certain that client retention and satisfaction are high.

• Organise training workshops and product demonstrations for educators.

• Write up reports on sales efforts, successes, and difficulties on a regular basis.

• Examine sales data to pinpoint regions in need of development and modify plans as necessary.

• Implement products and convey their advantages clearly.

• Guarantee customer happiness, which will boost revenue and client retention.

• Gather opinions on current services and competitive research.

 

Candidates Requirements:

– Graduation is mandatory

– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
