Functions and Accountabilities:
• Achieve or surpass the district’s designated sales goals.
• Create and put into practice successful sales techniques to break into the educational sector.
• Find and seize new business opportunities with universities, colleges, and other educational establishments.
• Establish and preserve a solid rapport with influential decision-makers at educational establishments.
• Recognise the particular demands and specifications of every school setting and offer solutions that meet those needs.
• Make certain that client retention and satisfaction are at an elevated level.
• Lead teacher training sessions and product demos.
• Create periodical reports outlining the issues, successes, and sales efforts.
• Examine sales data to find areas that need improvement and modify plans of action accordingly.
• Implement items and clearly explain their advantages.
• Assure client satisfaction, which will boost revenue and client retention.
• Gather input on current products and competitive landscape.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
