Functions and Accountabilities:
• In charge of expanding and growing direct sales and profit margins for products and services with designated accounts, territories, and/or regions.
• Builds rapport professionally with important staff members in client accounts.
• Achieves the designated goals for a profitable sales volume and margin.
• Manage operations with the utmost honesty and compliance
• Capable of managing important dialogue, decision-making, and communication
• Establish and preserve a solid rapport with important stakeholders and clients.
• Recognise the needs of your clients and offer specialised training programs to satisfy their demands.
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and swiftly resolve any problems or grievances.
• Business Enablement
• Find and seize fresh business prospects to increase the clientele.
• Create and maintain a network of contacts in the business to advertise the training programs offered by the institute.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
