The Business Development Representative (BDR) for the Agency Channel drives growth by recruiting and managing insurance agencies, enhancing partner engagement, and expanding our network. The role requires a proactive, results-driven individual with a strong grasp of the life insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and onboard new insurance agencies.
  • Build and maintain strong agency relationships.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for the agency channel.
  • Provide training and support to agency partners.
  • Monitor performance and report on key metrics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales.
  • Strong understanding of life insurance products and agency operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be local.
