Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Create and put into action efficient sales plans to meet both corporate goals and regional sales targets.
• Locate and seize fresh market-based business prospects.
• Create and preserve a solid rapport with distributors, retailers, and important customers.
• Perform market research to keep abreast of developments in the sector, rivalry among competitors, and consumer preferences.
• Examine sales data, provide informative reports, and pinpoint areas that require development in order to maximise performance.
• Work together to create marketing strategies and initiatives that will increase sales with the marketing team.
• To improve the sales team’s abilities and output, give them training and direction.
• Verify adherence to regulatory standards, company rules, and processes.
• Provide support in creating the yearly marketing and sales strategies.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
