Job Description

Positions and Obligations:

• To accomplish business goals and sales targets in the region, develop and implement efficient sales tactics.

• Locate and seize fresh commercial prospects in the industry.

• Establish and nurture enduring bonds with distributors, retailers, and important customers.

• To stay current on market developments, rivalry, and customer preferences, conduct market research.

• In order to maximise performance and pinpoint areas for development, analyse sales data and provide intelligent reports.

• Develop promotional strategies and efforts to increase sales in conjunction with the marketing staff.

• Assist the sales team with training and direction to improve their abilities and efficiency.

• Assure adherence to organisational guidelines, protocols, and legal mandates.

• Help create the yearly strategies for sales and marketing.

 

Candidates Requirements:

– Graduation is mandatory

– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
