Roles and responsibilities: 

• Source potential clients and build long-term relationships with them
• Develop various sources of agent hiring and build a team of Agents
• Manage a team of 10–12 front-line employees
• Deliver sales targets
• General awareness about the markets

• Experience: 2 to 3 + Years of Experience in Field Sales and Marketing in any industry
• Age: 21 to 38 Years.
