We’re seeking a Sales Development Manager to drive growth in our Agency Channel. This role focuses on expanding our agency network, implementing sales strategies, and managing key relationships to boost revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and onboard new insurance agencies.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners.
• Track performance and report on sales metrics.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in a sales role.
• Strong knowledge of life insurance products and agency operations.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
