Drive sales and expand the customer base for our insurance products through the agency channel. Build client relationships, achieve sales targets, and represent our company in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new clients through prospecting and networking.
Promote and sell insurance products, tailoring solutions to client needs.
Meet or exceed sales targets and report on performance.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
2-4 years of sales experience, preferably in insurance.
Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of insurance products and market conditions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
