Responsibilities:
• Evaluate customer wants and offer appropriately marketed items.
• Use efficient sales techniques and cost-benefit analysis to communicate with targeted physicians and convince them to prescribe our products.
• Provide product details and examples of the product.
• Participate in training sessions, symposium circuits, sales meetings, and conference calls.
• Develop plans and put them into action with the sales team to guarantee a unified marketing message.
• Establish trusting connections with representatives to sway the targeted group’s choices.
• Track and evaluate information and market dynamics to pinpoint a competitive edge
• Maintain precise documentation and records for reporting and comments.
• Strive for ongoing education and career advancement, and keep abreast of current information.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
