Positions and Obligations:
• Evaluate the demands of the clientele and offer appropriately marketed goods.
• Using cost-benefit analysis and excellent sales techniques, interact with specific physicians to convince them to prescribe our products.
• Give samples of the goods and product information.
• Participate in training sessions, symposium circuits, conference calls, and sales meetings.
• To guarantee a consistent marketing message, collaborate with the sales team to create and implement brand initiatives.
• Establish a rapport based on mutual trust with delegates to sway the intended group’s choices.
• To determine a competitive advantage, track and evaluate data and market conditions.
• Preserve precise records and paperwork for feedback and reporting.
• Maintain current knowledge of the most recent facts and strive for ongoing professional development and learning.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
