Job Description
Functions and Accountabilities:
• Determine the demands of the customer and offer marketed products that are appropriate.
• Work with targeted physicians to convince them to prescribe our products by utilising cost-benefit analysis and effective sales techniques.
• Give product details and samples.
• Participate in symposium circuits, training sessions, sales meetings, and conference calls.
• Develop and implement brand strategies in collaboration with the sales team to guarantee a unified marketing message.
• Establish strong, trustworthy bonds with delegates to sway the targeted group’s choices.
• Keep an eye on and assess market conditions and data to spot competitive advantages.
• Maintain precise records and paperwork for reports and comments.
• Seek out ongoing education and professional growth, and keep up of current information.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
