Roles and Responsibilities
• Develop strategies to drive sales growth across the business.
• Manage channel partners to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee the login and disbursement process to ensure timely and accurate service.
• Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of Finance products to effectively promote to potential consumers.
• Build strong relationships with partners and stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction.
• Coordinate with other team members to improve sales performance and customer service.
• Monitor sales metrics and report on performance to senior management.
• Identify and research potential clients within the target market.
• Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking and referrals.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings.
• Provide insights to the marketing and product teams to help shape future strategies.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
