Job Description

Positions and Accountabilities

• Create plans to increase sales throughout the company.

• Oversee channel partners to guarantee efficient operations.

• Keep an eye on the payout and login procedures to guarantee prompt and correct service.

• Gain and preserve a solid understanding of finance products to market them to prospective customers.

• Establish trusting bonds with stakeholders and partners to learn about their demands and make sure they are met.

• Work together with other team members to enhance customer service and sales performance.

• Keep an eye on sales data and provide top management with performance reports.

• Locate and investigate possible customers in the intended market.

• Produce leads using a variety of methods, including as networking, cold calling, and recommendations.

• Remain up to date on market trends, competitor products, and industry trends.

• Offer the product and marketing teams information to help shape future.

 

Candidates Requirements:

– Graduation is mandatory

– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
