Job Description

Functions and Accountabilities

• Create plans to increase sales throughout the entire company.

• Oversee channel partners to guarantee seamless operations.

• Keep an eye on the payout and login procedures to guarantee correct and speedy service.

• Gain and keep up a solid understanding of finance products to market them to prospective customers.

• Establish trusting bonds with stakeholders and partners to learn about their demands and guarantee their fulfilment.

• Work together with teammates to enhance customer service and sales results.

• Track sales indicators and provide senior management with performance reports.

• Determine and investigate possible customers within the intended market.

• Create leads via a variety of methods, such as networking, cold calling, and recommendations.

• Remain up to date with market trends, rival products, and industry trends.

• Share knowledge with the product and marketing teams to influence future.

 

Candidates Requirements:

– Graduation is mandatory

– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
