Job Description

We’re seeking a Front Line Sales Manager to lead and motivate a team of sales agents within our agency channel, focusing on achieving sales targets and enhancing team performance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and mentor a team of sales agents.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets.
• Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships.
• Track and report on sales performance.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1-2 years of experience in a sales position.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must be a resident of the local area.
