Job Description

Lead and manage a team of insurance agents in the agency channel to drive sales growth, ensure compliance, and achieve targets. Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management while developing market strategies and fostering strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and support insurance agents.
  • Set and achieve sales targets; motivate and guide the team.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Analyze performance data and develop market expansion strategies.

Requirements:

  • 1–5 years’ experience in sales.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and sales skills.
  • Willingness to travel and the ability to handle performance data.
  • Age: 21 to 38
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in sales and marketing, (BFSI and insurance sectors.)
  • Must be local.
