Expand the company’s life insurance presence in India by recruiting and developing agency partnerships to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage relationships with agency partners.
• Negotiate and secure partnership agreements.
• Develop strategies to enhance agency performance.
• Provide support and address partner needs.
• Conduct market research for new opportunities.
• Work with internal teams to support agency initiatives.

Requirements:

• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship skills.
• Strong analytical abilities.
• Must be a local candidate.
• Minimum of 1 to 5 years’ experience in a sales position.
