Field Sales Executive

Job Description

To join our agency channel, we are looking for a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive. Within a certain territory, the ideal candidate will be in charge of increasing market share, bringing in new clients, and hitting sales goals. This position requires a great deal of field effort, developing trusting connections with prospective clients, and clearly conveying the benefits of our life insurance offerings.

Responsibilities:

• To guarantee enduring loyalty, establish and preserve solid connections with clients and representatives.

• Consistently meet and surpass sales goals.

• Comply with business policies on compliance and sales procedures.

• Deliver precise and punctual sales reports and projections.

• Take part in training and development initiatives to improve product knowledge and sales abilities.

Requirement.

·         Results-driven and driven by oneself

·         Age: 21 to 38

·         Experience: Min 1 + years of experience in sales & Marketing

·         Must have local candidate
