Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Growing the company’s clientele and hitting its sales targets
• Develop a consumer base for distributors to boost business sales.
• Provide frequent updates on market trends and results to the distributor and company.
• Take the lead in sales and close the new client’s purchase.
• Foster goodwill and understanding with important clients to better understand their demands.
• Monitoring shifts in customer participation once each campaign launches.
• Gathering and sharing with clients reports that summarise the impacts that each campaign has had.
• Look for new markets and clients to help the company expand and increase sales.
• To meet and exceed sales goals, inspire, lead, and oversee the sales staff.
• Regularly assess team members’ performance and provide them helpful criticism.
• Get ready to make and deliver persuasive sales presentations to possible customers.
Candidates Requirements:
• Graduation is mandatory
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
• CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
