Job Description

Positions and Obligations:

• Expanding business and meeting the company’s sales objectives

• Provide Distributors with a clientele to boost business sales.

• Provide monthly performance and market developments reports to the distributor and company.

• Take the lead in sales and shut the new client’s transaction.

• To better understand their needs, cultivate a good rapport with your big clients.

• After each ad launches, monitoring shifts in customer involvement.

• Gathering and providing clients with reports that demonstrate the impacts of every campaign.

• Locate new clients and sales channels to support the expansion of the company.

• Take charge of the sales team and manage them to meet and exceed goals.

• Regularly evaluate team members’ performance and offer helpful criticism.

• Create and present eye-catching sales presentations to possible customers.

 

Candidates Requirements:

• Graduation is mandatory

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

• CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
