Job Description

Manage and enhance client relationships in the direct sales channel of the life insurance sector. Focus on driving sales, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Achieve sales targets and identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor client feedback and ensure service excellence.
• Track performance metrics and prepare reports.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 + years of experience in sales & Marketing (BFSI & insurance)
• Must have local candidate.
