Job Description

Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with agency partners to drive growth in life insurance sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and onboard new agency partners.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies.
  • Provide training and support to agency partners.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.

Requirements

  • Strong business development and relationship building skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of the life insurance industry and its regulations.
  • Proficiency in using CRM and sales enablement tools.
  • Age: 21 to 38
  • Experience: Min 1 + years of experience in sales & Marketing
