Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Build pipeline and maintain long-term relationships with prospects.
• Leverage sales tools and resources to identify new sales leads and nurture prospect relationships.
• To support the traditional Trade Sales for the company across various categories and markets with increased sales and distributions.
• Serve current clients and leads to drive business for complete interior solutions.
• Work closely with clients to grasp their requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.
• Identify new business opportunities to generate opportunities.
• Ensuring orders are placed and executed by the distributors on time.
• Plan and achieve the organizational goals as set in the annual plan-in terms of volumes, market share, Profitability and overall growth of the organization.
• Handling of dealerships in the specified region and Review the Sales process.
Candidates Requirements:
• Graduation is mandatory
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
• CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
