Sales Executive

Job Description

A leading insurance provider in India, known for innovative solutions and exceptional service. We are expanding our Agency Channel and seeking motivated Sales Executives to drive growth and build strong relationships with insurance agents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new insurance agents.
• Provide training and ongoing support to agents.
• Develop and execute strategies to meet sales targets.
• Assist agents with sales techniques and field visits.
• Conduct market research and identify new opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• Proven sales experience; insurance sector experience preferred.
• Strong sales, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Age: 21 to 38
• Experience: Min 1 + years of experience in sales & Marketing
• Must have local candidate
