Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and oversee a team of insurance agents.
• Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet targets.
• Provide training, field support, and guidance to agents.
• Identify new business opportunities and analyze market trends.
• Monitor sales metrics and agent performance.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years in sales, with 2+ years in a managerial role in insurance.
• Strong leadership, sales, and communication skills.
• Can reach sales targets.
• Any Graduate
• Candidate must have field job experience.
