Job Description
Our role is to find, develop, and assist insurance agents in selling our products.
Among your duties are to locate and recruit new agents.
Responsibilities
• Educate agents on our goods and how to market them.
• Aid salespeople in closing deals and resolving client issues.
• Monitor agent performance and provide comments.
• Grow our clientele and clientele base.
• Establish positive rapport with both consumers and agents.
• Ensure that everyone abides by the laws and guidelines.
Requirements
• A degree in marketing, business, or a similar discipline.
• Sales experience, particularly in the insurance industry.
• Familiarity with the Indian insurance sector.
• Effective people and communication abilities.
• Capacity to collaborate and work independently.
• Skilled in problem-solving and negotiation.
• A driver’s license.
