Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Create and implement business-growth strategies for both new and existing markets.
• To find and hire exceptional sales talent, collaborate with talent acquisition.
• Employees can attain both individual and team goals with the assistance of a mentor.
• Building and growing market share in order to meet the region’s revenue and profitability goals.
• Independently generate leads using lead generation strategies such as cold calling.
• Developing new accounts and generating business requirements from them in order to achieve profitability.
• Conduct marketing campaigns to increase software products’ market penetration.
• Perform cross-selling and up-selling of products while upholding and managing excellent relationships with current accounts.
• Ensure that client payments are received on time.
• Engage in regular communication with the clients to foster a partnership and commitment.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
