Functions and Accountabilities:
• Create and implement plans to promote business in both existing and new markets.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to find and hire outstanding salespeople.
• Provide mentorship to staff members to assist them in achieving both individual and team goals.
• Growing and extending market share in order to meet the region’s goals for revenue and profitability.
• Independently generate leads via cold calling and other methods.
• Creating business needs from new accounts and growing them to turn a profit.
• Promote software goods to increase their market penetration.
• Upsell and cross-sell products while keeping up a great rapport with current clients.
• Guarantee prompt client revenue collection.
• Engage in regular communication with the clients to foster a partnership-based and dedicated connection.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
