The Area Sales Manager (ASM) will oversee agency sales operations in a specific area, including recruiting, training, and managing insurance agents. Key duties involve implementing sales strategies, achieving revenue targets, and expanding market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and supervise insurance agents.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets.
• Monitor performance and provide regular reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 1 to 5 years experience in sales
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Must be local.
