Job Description

Our sales manager will play a crucial role in identifying, nurturing, and supporting insurance agents to effectively sell our products. Key responsibilities include recruiting new agents, providing training, and assisting in sales and client relations.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit and train new agents.
• Support agents in closing deals and resolving client issues.
• Monitor and evaluate agent performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and agents.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Requirements:

• Its degree is a bachelor’s.
• One to two years of sales experience.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be local.
